In case of unforeseen circumstances, a participant may require to cancel their training registration; it is advised that all cancellations must be sent in writing to Dynamic Occupational Therapy via the email admin@dynamicoccupationaltherapy.com.

The training cost includes an administrative fee equivalent to 20% of each participant’s payment. Cancellations made 3 days to the date of the training, shall receive a full refund less the administrative fee. There shall be no refund for cancellations made under 72hours to the training date.

Dynamic Occupational Therapy LTD reserves the right to cancel the training due to uncontrollable situations and it shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred by the participants. In case of such occurrences Dynamic Occupational Therapy LTD shall offer a full refund of the training fees paid to it by the participant.
